Get Involved

The patron for AWA is prolific Nigeran writer, Buchi Emecheta

At the next African Writers Abroad AGM Friday 20 November at The Southbank Centre, Queen Elizabeth Hall Foyer @ 6pm. This will be followed by the African Writers Evening at 7.30pm in The Royal Festival Hall. We will be seeking new Committee Members for all positions:

  • General Secretary
  • Membership Secretary
  • Women’s Committee Officer
  • Treasurer
  • Wesbsite Editor
  • Online Publishing Editor
  • Event Co-ordinator
